Details
* Location: Eastleigh
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
* Salary: £30,242 – £33,892 (£41,000) dependent on experience and inclusive of overtime
Responsibilities
* Operate CCTV drainage investigation equipment and provide accurate coding to water industry standards.
* Assist in the management of CCTV equipment, including maintenance and coding.
* Receive 2‑3 days off‑site training from the CCTV Systems Group Manager to learn procedures, health & safety compliance, equipment use, and maintenance.
* Use Excel to create site drawings that illustrate drain layouts, enabling the team to identify defects or damage.
Desirable Qualities
We are looking for a person with an interest in a career in a field‑based role that involves hands‑on operations.
Key Skills Required
* Driver's licence with less than 4 penalty points
* Ability to work in a two‑person team
* IT skills including Excel
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* OX19 clearance (preferable)
* CSCS card (preferable)
Additional Attributes
Polite and respectful interaction with customers and the public. Observe all health and safety procedures. Flexibility is essential, as some jobs may require early starts and/or weekend working.
