About the Role:

A talented Mid-Level Landscape Architect is sought to join the team. The successful candidate will have experience working on residential projects and possess exceptional CAD skills, enabling them to contribute to ongoing projects immediately. This individual will play an integral role in both the design and planning phases, working in a fast-paced environment alongside design and environmental teams. The role offers an exciting opportunity to become involved in large, impactful developments and take ownership of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed CAD drawings and design documents.
* Work closely with project teams to ensure designs meet client needs and environmental standards.
* Coordinate with planning and environmental teams for integrated project delivery.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced setting.
* Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

* Proven experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on residential projects.
* Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
* Strong understanding of design principles, planning, and environmental considerations.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience working on large-scale developments is a plus.
* A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, with an ideally relevant post-graduate qualification.
