A leading pharmaceutical company in Essex is looking for a Head of Supply Chain with experience in fast-paced SME pharma environments. This role allows for autonomy in building an end-to-end supply chain function, emphasizing proactive operations. The successful candidate will have proven people management skills and a background in CDMO / CMO management. This position offers a hybrid work model, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week, ensuring a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
