Once a Victorian headmaster’s house and school, the Grade II-listed building has been beautifully transformed into a luxury hotel with stunning views and a relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. With a maximum of 30 covers in the restaurant and a private dining room for up to 10 guests, the focus is always on quality, creativity, and guest experience. The Opportunity We’re seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our small, close-knit brigade. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen overlooking the countryside and kitchen garden, delivering dishes that showcase the best of seasonal British produce at 3 Rosette standard.
