Recruitment Support Officer
Band 3 – £12.75 per hour
Monday to Friday

Location: Armagh
We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Support Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to support end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activity in a fast‑paced public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a key point of contact for customers and clients, managing and escalating queries as appropriate
2. Provide high‑quality administrative support to ensure effective systems and procedures
3. Input, process, monitor, and validate data accurately and within agreed timescales
4. Assist with the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of recruitment information and statistics
5. Collate information and assist with preparing reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff
6. Support the development and maintenance of protocols, procedures, and systems
7. Process end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activities in line with best practice
8. Audit transactions and data entry to ensure accuracy within HRPTS systems
9. Assist in resolving escalated recruitment and system-related issues
10. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to staff, managers, and the public
11. Contribute to service improvement, personal development, and effective team working
Essential Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following:
12. Five GCSEs (Grades A–C) including English Language and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
OR
13. 18 months’ relevant administrative or clerical experience
