We’re growing fast and expanding our footprint across the South East. As part of that growth, we’re now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Haywards Heath office and play a key role in resourcing and supporting our ongoing success in the Aviation division.
The Role
This is a hands-on delivery and administration role — perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruitment, building candidate relationships, and getting results. You’ll work closely with our Recruitment Manager to ensure we fill Gatwick and Heathrow vacancies efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and register skilled trades and technical candidates for Aviation, Electrical, and Mechanical projects.
*
Manage job adverts, candidate databases, and incoming applications across multiple platforms.
*
Liaise with site operatives to confirm start dates, shifts, and assignment details.
*
Conduct compliance checks (RTW, CSCS etc.) in line with Employment Agency Standards and client requirements.
*
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and payroll data.
*
Build and maintain candidate relationships, ensuring a high level of engagement and communication.
*
Support senior consultants and managers with recruitment administration and client delivery.
*
Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and overall candidate experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and people-focused. You might already be in recruitment — or perhaps you have transferable experience from admin, sales, or customer service and want to break into the recruitment industry.
You’ll need:

Excellent communication skills (both phone and written).

Confidence when speaking with candidates and clients.

A structured approach to admin and time management.
*
Drive and resilience in a busy, target-driven environment.
*
A genuine interest in construction or aviation recruitment.
*
IT literacy (MS Office, CRM or database experience preferred).
