Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Social Inclusion Coordinator at our Mental Health Service at
Sidegate Lane, Ipswich.

The role of Social Inclusion Coordinator will include:

Supporting the manager with administrative duties, relating to the day:to:day functioning of the service
:
Conducting monthly house meetings and minute taking
:
Supporting the customers to attend outpatient appointments
:
Welcoming visitors and callers
:
Acting as a point of information for our customers, staff, and key stakeholders
:
Dealing with emergencies on occasion
:
Organising regular one to one or group activities for the customers and organising festivals and events
Skills and experiences:

Previous experience working in a similar role
:
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
:
Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
:
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
:
NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards

Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
