We're delighted to be working with a globally recognised ELT publisher to recruit a Sales Assistant for their Oxford office. This is a varied, hands on role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting sales activity, working across international markets and keeping day to day operations running smoothly.
The Sales Assistant will play a central role in supporting sales across Europe, Asia and Africa, acting as a first point of contact for enquiries and providing essential administrative and operational support to both office based and remote teams.
The role offers:

·3 days/week in the office required
·35 hour working week
·Holiday: 28 days (rising to 30 after 2 years) + bank holidays

Key responsibilities will include:
·Acting as the main point of contact for sales enquiries across multiple regions
·Maintaining and updating the CRM system with a high level of accuracy
·Coordinating meetings and corporate travel
·Managing office welcome processes for clients and visitors
·Processing contracts, quotes and invoices
·Supporting market research and identifying new business opportunities
·Collaborating closely with internal teams and overseas colleagues, including daily coordination with the Mexico based team
·Preparing workspaces and onboarding support for new starters
About you:
·Previous experience in a sales support or office management / administrative role
·French and/or Spanish language skills would be useful, but are not essential
·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot)
·Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and confident communicator
·Comfortable working independently and supporting geographically dispersed teams
