Quality Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the Role:
You will be the key driver in maintaining and enhancing the company's quality systems and standards. As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and comply with relevant food safety legislation and certifications (e.g., BRCGS, HACCP, and retailer standards).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the site's Quality Assurance and Food Safety agenda.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards, and customer requirements.
* Maintain and develop HACCP plans and food safety management systems.
* Prepare for and lead BRCGS audits and customer visits.
* Investigate and respond to customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.
* Collaborate with production, technical, and NPD teams to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead and develop the QA team to ensure strong quality culture and high performance.
About You:
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the food manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety legislation, and BRCGS standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
