Our clinical teams play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care, and were looking for a part-time Clinical Administrator to support our busy multidisciplinary teams.

About the role
Working three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility to cover annual leave), this office-based role provides essential administrative support to our clinical services. Youll be heavily involved in the day-to-day coordination of patient-related administration and will act as a key point of contact for patients, families and carers.
Youll liaise regularly with colleagues across the hospice, manage urgent information sensitively and accurately, and remain calm and professional in what can be fast-paced and demanding situations. Strong organisation, clear communication and excellent attention to detail are essential.
