Job Title: Payroll AdvisorContract: FTC 9 monthsLocation: London VictoriaSalary: £36,000 per annum + bonus and benefitsCome and join a leading retailer on a 9 month FTC and enjoy staff discounts, monthly bonuses and hybrid working!Responsibilities:
* Handle complex payroll queries and administration, such as gross up payments and tax guidance.
* Meet stated service level agreements (SLAs).
* Manage HR accounting tasks, including preparation and posting of journals, monthly accruals, and full reconciliation.
* Assist with executive pay queries, associated taxes, and support their tax year-end responsibilities and planning.
* Work closely with the payroll software supplier to ensure compliance.
* Participate in the checking and approval process with brand business partners.
* Process salary reviews and bonus payments on an annual basis.
Skills required:
* Up to date payroll legislation experience
* Good analytical skills
* Able to produce Payroll & HR reports
* Used to working in a busy payroll environment
