What to expect from the programme
Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategy Development
You'll work closely with teams across eCommerce and the wider business, contributing to strategy and tactical execution while developing a great understanding of off-price retail and eCommerce.
Experience & Expertise In Role, And Project Work
Over 12 months, you'll gain hands-on experience within your designated team whilst collaborating and partnering with the rest of the function. Online Trading, Online Content, Site Optimisation, UX Design, Digital Product Development, and Digital Operations teams each offer a unique perspective on driving performance and customer experience. You will also partner with your ecom placement peers on a cross-functional project that will offer the perfect forum to expand your network, further your understanding of the business and contribute to the overall strategy.
Agility, Insight & Skill Building
In a changeable, off-price environment, you'll refine your creativity, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities while exploring wider business functions for a well-rounded foundation in ecommerce.
