Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water Industry MEICA, M&E or Civil Engineering A leading Tier-1 MEICA/Civils contractor delivering specialist installation projects in the water industry is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors to assist in the delivery of their SouthernWater framework. If you have experience with construction and engineering-related projects, particularly using NEC contracts, then this could be the role for you. Duties for Senior Quantity Surveyor: * Dealing with measurements, valuations and agreeing work. * Preparing tender submissions for subcontract works packages. * Overseeing projects commercially from bid through to final accounts. * Maximise commercial efficiency on the project(s) you work on. * Ensure strong relationships are maintained with the supply chain. * Negotiate contracts and packages * Collating monthly contract reports. * Supporting junior Quantity Surveyors.
