We are seeking a Product Coordinator to support the onboarding process by researching new product ranges and inputting data accurately. The role involves handling internal and external queries by developing a strong understanding of Accu’s product ranges, while also providing assistance to the wider Merchandising department with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the onboarding process through accurate data and image management.
* Liaise with other departments to organise relevant meetings during onboarding and continuous improvement projects.
* Assist with the onboarding of new product ranges and manufacturing partners, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure all required information is provided.
* Respond to and amend product-related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
* Research and analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to help identify new product opportunities and enhance existing ranges.
* Provide flexible support to other merchandising teams when required.
Qualifications
Essential
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Confident in managing and inputting data accurately.
* Strong communication skills to liaise across departments and with external partners.
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
* Previous experience in merchandising, product management, or administration. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
* Interest in retail, product integration, and continuous improvement.
