Description
We are looking for a Graduate CAD Technician to join our growing design team at Network Plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for engineering design to gain hands-on experience within the utilities and infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Private Land Drawing (Land Referencing, Section 6, Section 159 & Section 168 Notice Plans)
* Site Investigation Drawings (Trial Hole/Coupon Cut/Sample Cut)
* Completing Overview Drawings / Scope Drawings
* Producing detailed design & as-laid drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with the client's as-set design standards and procedures.
* Support the design team by creating high-quality detailed technical drawings, plans and general arrangements.
* Produce CAD plans using operational mark-up sketches
* Support the design team by completing basic administrative tasks
* Requesting & reviewing STAT plans
Experience and Qualifications
* Keen to learn relevant Engineering specifications that apply to the water industry
* Enthusiastic about developing AutoCAD skills
* Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Ability to work as part of a team
