An award winning PR agency based in Central Manchester are looking for a HR Advisor to join their thriving HR team.

You will be working alongside the Head of People and Culture covering many areas of HR.
This is a HR generalist role and ideal for anyone with well-rounded people and communications skills covering employee relations, recruitment, learning and development and reward and benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide generalist HR support to the agency. Responsible for maintaining accurate HR and staff records and generating reports, assist with project work and respond to day to day questions and queries from teams.
* Recruitment & Induction – administration and logistics of the agency’s processes and develop a network of recruiters, ensuring terms are in place.
* Reward, remuneration and retention – administration of agency benefits package, ensuring employees are aware of entitlements and benchmarking annually.
* Learning and Career Development – organisation, administration and logistics of the agency’s Career Development Review process. Coordinate 360 feedback and record on database.
* Compliance – ensuring the agency is compliant with current employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Policies and procedures – ensure in-depth knowledge of the agency’s HR policies and procedures and assist the HR team to ensure they are implemented with consistency across the agency.
* Business & HR sector understanding – develop a detailed understanding of the agency’s HR processes, trend innovations and challenges in the HR sector.
* People relations & support – provide counsel on simple employee relations issues. Ensure colleague confidentiality is maintained and all personal information is handled sensitively.
* Relationships – build relationships with account teams, suppliers and recruiters and communicate with them directly and confidently.
* Team Development – being a supportive colleague by proactively offering help and assistance to others and act as a ‘buddy’ to new colleagues. Helps junior colleagues manage workflow and give on the job training. Assist the wider operations team when required.
* IT & Commercials – competently use of the HR tools, databases and IT systems used in the agency (i.e. People HR, Paprika, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
They are ideally looking for someone with previous HR Advisor experience although would consider a HR Administrator for the right candidate.

Salary up to £35,000 and they have a hybrid setup (3 days in the office 2 from home).
