Duties of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Supervisor to join the team in one of our fantastic eateries at our Colchester campus with 12 different outlets offering a variety of food and services, from smash burgers to barista coffee we are looking for candidates with all experiences in hospitality and catering.
As a Catering supervisor you will promote a welcoming environment within the outlet area, by ensuring team members are trained on delivering great customer service and are knowledgeable about the service and products. You will be an organised individual with the ability to organise a team and prioritise tasks.
You will have a desire to meet high standards, deliver quality customer service consistently and the ability to contribute to leading a successful team.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous customer facing, catering experience. You will be outgoing and confident with great communications skills.
You will have previous experience in leading a small team, providing training and support as well as being able to delegate task effectively.
Previous experience in till handling and Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential to the role. There will be plenty of training and development opportunities
