Strategic Lead – Traffic & Transportation Rate: £27.80 per hour Hours: 37 per week Working Arrangement: Hybrid (Office attendance encouraged to embed within the team) Overview Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Lead for Traffic & Transportation to play a vital role in driving innovation, shaping strategy, and unlocking funding opportunities. You’ll lead delivery across traffic, transport, and road safety services—building strong partnerships and aligning with strategic goals such as sustainability and net-zero. Reporting to the Head of Highways and Transport, you’ll work closely with the Greater Lincolnshire Mayoral Combined Authority and key stakeholders to deliver the Local Highway Plan and wider council ambitions.
