Overview
THE POSITIONAt Boehringer Ingelheim, we are passionate about improving the lives of animals and the people who care for them. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand development and tactical marketing for FRONTLINE-the UK's No.1 pet parasiticide brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support market share, sales, and profitability targets. Working cross-functionally, you'll ensure that marketing activities are aligned with global strategies and tailored to local market needs. This is a hybrid role offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans and product communications
* Ensure that the brand strategy and marketing mix are adequately adapted to each sales channel's requirements
* Collaborate with category, and strategic accounts teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of campaigns
* Monitor performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed
* Manage advertising and promotions budgets, evaluating effectiveness and ROI
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
* Build strong relationships across the business and with key external partners
Qualifications
* Strong commercial focus and extensive marketing experience
* Proven expertise in brand management and budget ownership
* Excellent project management and multitasking skills
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Strong communication and influencing abilities
* ATL media and retail market experience is essential
