About the Role
My client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking learning leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation in adult learning, capability development, and digital learning systems.
This is a unique opportunity to shape evidence-based leadership development frameworks, modernise learning ecosystems, and position the organisation as a recognised Centre of Excellence in community and leadership capability building.
The role combines learning science, systems thinking, digital innovation, and institutional capability development.
Learning Excellence & Innovation
* Develop and implement comprehensive learning excellence frameworks aligned with organisational and national priorities.
* Lead deployment of evidence-based pedagogical strategies across diverse learner groups.
* Strengthen learning transfer through effective integration between operations and training.
* Design and implement outcome measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
Capability Architecture & Development
* Architect enterprise-wide learning capability strategies to build institutional expertise in adult learning science.
* Drive facilitator capability development in evidence-based training design and delivery.
* Develop and maintain learning knowledge repositories and curriculum frameworks.
Digital Learning Ecosystem
* Lead digital transformation initiatives that integrate learning technologies with pedagogical best practices.
* Establish frameworks for sustainable adoption of learning technologies.
* Enhance learner engagement through blended and innovative delivery approaches.
Strategic Partnerships & Thought Leadership
* Build partnerships with academic institutions, industry experts, and research bodies.
* Translate research and emerging trends into actionable learning strategies.
* Contribute to thought leadership in leadership development and community capability building.
Programme Innovation
* Identify emerging capability needs and translate them into scalable learning experiences.
* Develop leadership development frameworks using research-based approaches.
* Integrate systems leadership and community-centric approaches into programmes.
Operations & Governance
* Support departmental planning, budgeting, and reporting.
* Prepare management submissions and presentations.
* Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as required.
Requirements
Minimum
* At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Learning & Development, Educational Psychology, Learning Sciences, or related fields within adult learning environments.
* Experience in supervisory or management roles.
Preferred
* Strong foundation in adult learning theory and pedagogical design.
* Experience designing evaluation frameworks for learning effectiveness.
* Exposure to learning technology or knowledge management initiatives.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
