Chef de partie role with include;
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section, ensuring consistency and presentation meet the hotel's standards.
* Oversee a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry) and ensure smooth operations during service.
* Monitor ingredient levels, reduce waste, and assist with stock ordering to maintain efficiency.
* Follow food safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure HACCP procedures are adhered to.
* Support junior chefs, share knowledge, and work closely with other departments to deliver an excellent dining experience
Ideal background of chef de partie;
* Minimum 2 years at cdp level working in a 3/4 * hotel
* Experience in conference and banqueting
* High volume fast paced
* commutable to Sheffield with own transport
