Job Title: SAP Consultant – Mid-Senior Level Location: London, UK Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Level: 4–8 years About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive SAP Consultant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules and a strong track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, and support in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Lead and support the configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, or others). Participate in full lifecycle implementations and rollouts. Conduct system analysis, gap analysis, and propose improvements or custom developments. Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and performance. Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity. Prepare functional specifications and documentation as per project standards. Required Skills & Experience: 4 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience in at least one core module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, or similar). Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into SAP functionality. Proven experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions. Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and provide expert advice. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Desirable: SAP certification(s) in relevant module(s). Experience in cross-functional integration and end-to-end process design. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BTP, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus. Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
