Role Overview
Ruby Bricks Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Sales & Lettings Manager to help grow the company’s property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new landlords and vendors, marketing properties for sale and rent, arranging viewings, and securing tenants and buyers.
This role requires someone who is proactive, target-driven and capable of building long-term relationships with landlords, vendors, investors, buyers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Source new landlords who wish to rent their properties through Ruby Bricks Limited
* Identify property owners interested in selling their properties
* Market properties through major online platforms (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket)
* Generate tenant and buyer enquiries
* Conduct property viewings and property valuations
* Negotiate tenancy agreements and property sales
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants
* Assist in growing the Ruby Bricks Limited property portfolio
* Attend property viewings, meetings and networking opportunities
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in property sales, lettings or estate agency
* Strong networking and client acquisition skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation ability
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Good knowledge of the UK property market
* Professional and presentable when meeting clients
Compensation
* Competitive base salary (DOE)
* Commission on properties rented and sold
* Commission for securing new landlords or property listings
