Overview:
My client is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join a fast-paced and collaborative sales team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in administrative or sales support who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate reporting, and supporting leadership with essential business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create/manage quotes and maintain client price lists
* Join and coordinate internal calls on orders and service work
* Generate accurate sales and KPI reports
* Provide executive-level support (calendar management, task tracking)
* Act as a liaison between sales and purchasing teams
* Maintain reporting systems and team processes
Requirements:
* 2+ years in sales support or coordination
* Strong experience in calendar management and executive support
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
* High level of discretion with confidential data
* Process-oriented with a proactive mindset
* Experience in service-based or technical sales environments preferred
