Our client, a global investment management house, is looking for an experienced RFP Writer to join their team on a contract basis initially.
This role communicates with sales, product and marketing specialists, with exposure to the firm’s full product range and regions.
The successful RFP Writer will be responsible for:
1. Writing request for proposals for potential clients and responding to DDQ requests
2. Ensuring the products are accurately reflected
3. Maintenance of the library of RfP/DDQ responses on an ongoing basis
4. Participate in RFP team initiatives and projects where appropriate
5. Proactively help the team and mentor junior team members
The RFP Writer will meet the following skillset:
1. 3+ years previous experience writing RFPs for an investment management firm
2. High attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills to effectively manage internal stakeholders
3. A client-focused outlook is essential
4. Clear understanding of investment markets
5. IMC would be beneficial
