What your role looks like as a Classroom Supervisor
You’ll deliver pre-prepared work to classes when the teacher is absent, maintain routines and keep pupils on task. It’s a brilliant option for graduates, aspiring teachers or anyone who enjoys classroom responsibility.
As a Classroom Supervisor you’ll be responsible for
1. Delivering cover lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Keeping pupils engaged with the set work
3. Supporting behaviour expectations
4. Recording attendance and lesson notes
5. Creating a calm and positive learning space
What you’ll need as a Classroom Supervisor
6. Strong communication and confidence
