Your role as a TA:
* Support, encourage and engage children in their day-to-day activities and learning
* Be willing and able to use your initiative within the classroom
* Impart knowledge to young learners within a small study group or on a 1:1 basis
* SEN experience is desired, but not essential, as we have a variety of courses to support your understanding of SEN needs within children and how to cope.
What you should bring to the role:
* Have a positive and can-do attitude
* Personable and proactive
* Have good communication skills
* Passionate about pupils learning and development
* Have good timekeeping
* Patient and calm under pressure
