3. Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, IP and data protection matters
4. Managing a varied caseload independently and collaboratively
5. Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
6. Engaging in business development and client relationship building
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years' PQE in commercial law
8. Experienced in commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection
9. Commercially astute, pragmatic and confident in managing client relationships
10. Proactive in mentoring junior lawyers
