We are recruiting a Substance Misuse Nurse to join our Hertfordshire nursing team in Watford You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals affected by drugs and alcohol, supporting them both during hospital attendance and in their ongoing recovery within community services. Where: Watford Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract : Permanent Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. This rotational role offers the opportunity to build and apply advanced clinical skills providing continuity of care and improving outcomes for people who use our services. You will be responsible for assessing, supporting, and planning care for individuals attending hospital who experience substance-related harm, as well as delivering specialist community-based interventions including opiate and alcohol treatment, harm reduction, and holistic health assessments.
