Senior Pizza Chef – Neapolitan Style

We're a fast-growing restaurant in Bristol, known for authentic Neapolitan pizzas made with the finest ingredients and traditional methods. We're now looking for a Senior Pizza Chef to lead our pizza kitchen and help us raise the bar even further.
What you'll do:
* Prepare and cook Neapolitan pizzas to the highest standard using wood-fired ovens.
* Oversee the pizza section and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
* Train, mentor and support junior chefs in dough preparation, toppings, and oven management.
* Maintain consistent quality, speed and presentation of dishes.
* Manage stock, ordering and prep to minimise waste.
* Uphold hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally at senior or head level, with strong knowledge of Neapolitan pizza making.
* Skilled in dough fermentation, stretching, topping and wood-fired oven techniques.
* Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Passion for authentic Italian food and commitment to delivering top quality.
