Shape the Future of UK Aviation – Join Us at Gatwick
Aviation is taking off — and so are we.
At BakerHicks, we're proud to be trusted framework partners at some of the UK’s busiest airports. From enhancing airport infrastructure (building/Civil & structural) and boosting security systems to transforming retail spaces, we’re leading projects that elevate the travel experience for millions of passengers and crew.
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with airport operations, our expert multi-disciplinary teams deliver complex projects with minimal disruption to flights and day-to-day operations. With strengths in airport planning, passenger flow, smart engineering, and sustainable modular design, we bring cost-efficient, low-carbon solutions to life — from quick-turn compliance works to high-stakes airside builds.
Now, as part of our growing footprint in aviation, we’re looking for a Project Delivery & Framework Lead to join us at Gatwick.
This is more than a project role. It’s your runway to impact.
You'll take the lead on our Gatwick Design Framework, working closely with the Director of Aviation, our sector specialists, and key client stakeholders. Your mission? Ensure excellence across project delivery, deepen strategic partnerships, and identify exciting new opportunities within the airport ecosystem.
The Role:
* Be the go-to person for our Gatwick account — building relationships, solving problems, and spotting growth potential
* Oversee the successful delivery of active projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are met
* Support business development strategy, work-winning, and tender processes
* Collaborate across teams to apply forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern airports
You’ll be based on-site at Gatwick three days a week, keeping you close to the action and fully immersed in the client’s world.
What You’ll Bring:
* Significant experience in project delivery within construction or consultancy
* Aviation experience (especially at Gatwick) is a strong advantage
* A degree in a relevant technical or operational discipline (chartered status a plus)
* A track record of building trusted client relationships and managing frameworks in a dynamic environment
If you're ready to lead where aviation meets innovation — and make a genuine impact in one of the UK’s fastest-growing sectors — we want to hear from you.
Come build what’s next in aviation. Apply today.
