Don’t miss this opportunity to join the team at Hay Lodge Community Hospital. We are a nurse-led unit providing a 24-hour inpatient service. We offer rehabilitation and end-of-life care for people in the local community.
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Healthcare Support Worker who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team with an ethos of continuous improvement.
The post holder will liaise closely with nursing and therapy staff to deliver person-centred care that impacts our patients’ health and wellbeing positively and proactively.
The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, an understanding of patient safety, and adherence to the organisational values. They must be able to work as part of a team and independently to provide and document care.
The post holder must be flexible and able to work days and nights on the ward.

Please note: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.
