Salary: £85-£105 Per Day (Paid Weekly)
We are currently seeking a committed and caring Attendance Officer to join a supportive All-Through School in Coventry on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately. This is a key role within the School, supporting student engagement, safeguarding and overall attendance improvement.
To Be a Successful Candidate You Must
Demonstrate a calm, professional and resilient approach
Have previous experience working within a School/education setting
Be willing to drive and conduct home visits (Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role)
Roles and Responsibilities
Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils' well-being following DfE 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (2025 document)
Conducting home visits to support families and address attendance concerns
Monitoring and analysing daily attendance data
Maintaining accurate records and reports in line with school and local authority expectations
Building positive relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies
