Overview
Join Our Team at Busy Bees – Leading Nursery Group in the UK. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees. Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group, with nearly 400 nurseries across the UK and more overseas. We are dedicated to giving every child the best start in life and we are proud to have won awards for our workplace culture. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive environment.
Why Work at Busy Bees
We offer a supportive environment that empowers you to create engaging, educational spaces where children can thrive. You’ll be introduced to our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to foster curiosity and confidence in young learners. Through our partnership with BBC Children in Need, we provide opportunities for community involvement and fundraising to support children’s lives.
About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Hove, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 74 children in a two-story building with two base rooms for each age group. The nursery features a large outdoor space for exploration and play. With a qualified teacher and a foundation class in place, we ensure that our children are well-prepared for school. The nursery is conveniently located near two train stations and within walking distance of the 27 bus route. Free parking is available for staff, and there is an option of a four-day working week.
