* Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior retouchers to elevate the team's performance.
Quality Control
* Conduct final quality checks to eliminate errors and ensure images are client ready.
* Review the work of other colleagues to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Process Improvement
* Stay current with industry trends and retouching techniques to continually enhance workflows and capabilities.
* Propose and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and quality.
Client Interaction
* Occasionally engage with clients to understand their specific retouching needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
* A minimum of 8 years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or advertising agency.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant retouching software.
* Strong knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing techniques.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across a large volume of images.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
* Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior retouching team members.
* Proven ability to work effectively with remote teams.
* A portfolio showcasing your expertise in image retouching and your understanding of brand building and design.
* Familiarity with industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Bridge).
