Champneys Tring Receptionist
Position: Receptionist (Full Time). Salary: up to £12.21 per hour, plus gratuities. Part‑time available 16–40 hours.
You will work alongside an efficient and experienced team to assist in the day‑to‑day running of the Department/Health Club, ensuring that our guests and members’ needs are met and exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the leisure industry.
Responsibilities
* Providing guests and club members with advice on classes and services and answering any queries.
* Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the Wellbeing and Fitness Reception.
* Ensuring the Wellbeing and Fitness Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
* Answering all enquiries regarding club membership promptly and professionally.
* Maintaining a high attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Experience within a leisure membership sales environment with a proven record of achieving results with and through a team.
* Results‑driven with a sense of urgency about achieving objectives and a problem‑solving approach.
* Personality: customer‑facing presence, rapport builder, calm and assured under pressure.
* Passion for the Health & Fitness business; able to communicate ideas and facts honestly, clearly and persuasively.
* Leadership capability: leads from the front, delegates effectively, and is a team player.
