Personal Assistant part time
Contract: 12 months
Based: Glascoed
Hourly Rate: £15.00 Paye or £19.97 Umbrella inside IR35
20 hours per week
Skills:
1. Substantial experience providing secretarial and/or administrative support to Senior Executives
2. Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong team player.
6. Ability to multi-task effectively
The Job
7. Maintain the Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, appointments and travel to ensure effective use of time.
8. Prepare and organise paperwork needed for forthcoming meetings.
9. Process monthly expense claims and ensure all business travel is recorded and submitted accurately.
10. Coordinate local and international travel, accommodation and transportation.
11. Ensure information is correctly filed and easily accessible via our online portal.
12. Build and maintain effective professional relationships with vendors and business contacts.
13. Provide additional support services as required, including hospitality, visitor information, site visits and IT requests.
