Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager, located in Tynemouth. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Bar Manager will train staff, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure a high-quality experience for all patrons.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
