Job Description As a Junior Cash Analyst at Frasers Group, you will work within a team of four within the finance department, the primary role is to manage and keep up to date with a number of bank statements. This includes matching cash takings at the stores to deposited cash, following up on discrepancies, making supplier payments, posting ad hoc cash received and reconciling statements. This is an entry level role suitable for somebody with a data driven mindset who is looking to grow their career in Finance. Electronically downloading bank statements for a large number of companies Running a programme to match store takings to cash deposited on the bank statements Following up internally and with the cash centres on any missing cash or discrepancies Raising supplier and other payments via various methods Posting other cash received, charges and any other entries on the statements to the accounting system Reconciling bank statements on a daily and monthly basis Various other cash and bank related matters Qualifications Analytical mindset, highly adaptable with good interpersonal skills Good excel including sumifs, vlookups, and pivot tables and confident in learning new systems Ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally Attention to detail is essential Ability to work well under pressure and with an enthusiastic approach Additional Information Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues: Reward, Recognition and Opportunities Frasers Champion - Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
