This an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong coordinator/administrator background to join a highly reputable company.
My client are a leading services provider to a range of retail stores, banks and cash centres nationwide. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing therefore they are looking for an additional Project Coordinator to join the team.
You'll be involved from project inception, working closely with management and sales to develop schedules, plan resources, and prepare documentation, training materials, and RAMS to meet customer requirements. You'll identify potential risks, support asset and progress tracking, and help improve internal efficiencies. The role also includes coordinating logistics and material requests, acting as the link between senior management, customer project teams, and internal staff.

The Role:
 1. Support the project delivery team to deliver customer projects, ensuring all information is accurate.
 2. Creating required customer compliance documents and implement the agreed project schedule, allocating jobs to the engineers and recording and reporting results back to the customer
 3. 6am to 2pm. Flexible hours and hybrid working available
The Person:
 4. Project coordination experience
 5. Previous experience in a coordinator role where you have had to deal with field engineers would be advantageous
 6. IT Literate (MS Word, Excel)
