Finance Administrator - £26,000 - £28,000 + 25 days holiday + pension + bens
Location: Theale - IT Software Industry
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 working from home
Are you a detail-driven individual, and are able to offer some strong administration experience (ideally gained from supporting a Finance team), and are looking to build your career in a growing tech company? Our client, a leading IT software business based in Theale, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This newly created Finance Administrator role is ideally suited to individuals who have worked in a similar role, ideally across a multi-site, fast paced moving business. SAP experience will be essential here.
Youll provide essential financial and administrative support across the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in a finance or accounts role whos ready to take the next step in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
p]:inline">Assisting with all queries from customers, and assisting with re-sending of invoices and
statementsp]:inline ">Supporting the Credit Control team with their Credit Control email in-box for queriesp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Processing invoices, and payments dailyp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial recordsp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Liaising with suppliers and internal teamsp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Supporting the wider finance team as and when required What Youll Need:
p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Ideally recent administration experience gained from working in a similar finance or accounting or Admin rolep]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong numerical and Excel skillsp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational abilityp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">The ability to work with teams who are in different offices, or who work fully remotelyp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">SAP Experience highly desirablep]:inline">Confidence working both independently and as part of a teamp]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience within the IT or software sector is a plus Whats on Offer:
