Overview
The role participates in people projects supporting the wider People team. It contributes to new policies impacting the People agenda, attends and supports departmental consultative forums, develops and provides relevant documentation for live cases, and supports the change management programme by advising managers. It ensures all documents are accurate and all system actions are in line with company standards. East Midlands Airport connects over 4 million passengers with more than 80 destinations across Europe and is the UK's number one provider of pure freight services. Responsibilities
* Participate in people projects in support of the wider People team.
* Contribute to new policies impacting the People agenda.
* Attend and support departmental consultative forums.
* Develop and provide relevant documentation for live cases.
* Support the change management programme by advising managers.
* Ensure all documents are accurate and all system actions align with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* Extensive People experience, preferably dealing with complex case management.
* Extensive knowledge of up-to-date employment law.
* Demonstrates commercial awareness and understanding of business needs with a grounded approach.
* CIPD qualified.
* Knowledge of working with Trade Unions and within partnership agreements.
