The role will involve handling a range of properties, including higher-value homes, and contributing to continued business growth. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing property sales from instruction through to completion Generating new business and winning instructions Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the process Contributing to branch targets and overall performance Supporting marketing and promotion of available properties Maintaining accurate records and managing the sales pipeline What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience as a residential Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator Strong sales ability with a proven track record Listing and valuation experience advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, well-presented, and confident manner Positive attitude with a proactive approach Good knowledge of the Windsor area (preferred) Full UK driving licence and own car preferred Thorough and professional approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
