Duties & Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot network issues across hardware, software, and connectivity environments.
Assist with configuring, installing and testing routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
Monitor network performance and contribute to improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency.
Support the implementation of security measures including VPNs, firewalls and intrusion detection.
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal teams on technical projects.
What Experience Is Required
Strong background in enterprise networking with hands-on experience across routing, switching and wireless technologies.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper or similar.
CCNA certification (mandatory) and proven ability to diagnose and solve complex network issues.
