This hybrid role offers excellent flexibility, with the requirement to be in the Chesterfield office every Monday to collaborate with the wider team. The ideal candidate will come from a food manufacturing, foodservice, or FMCG background and be confident managing the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities * Identify and secure new business opportunities within the food sector. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Understand customer needs and present tailored product solutions. * Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing. * Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights. * Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. About You * Experience within the food industry is essential. * Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management. * Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. * Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert opportunities. * Self‑motivated, confident, and able to work independently. * Full UK driving licence (company car included in salary package).
