Shift Maintenance Engineer Poole, Dorset Shift-Based Role A well-established manufacturing business in Poole is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to support production reliability and ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and site services. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer with strong fault-finding ability who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a key role in reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring equipment downtime is minimised and production targets are met.
