We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Manager for our Exmouth Studio.
Fully flexible contract offering 25 hours per week. Days, evenings and weekend flexibility required for this role.
What we are looking for:
Essential
* At least 1 year management experience
* At least 2 year sales/customer facing experience
* Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
* A vibrant personality, looking to take on new challenges
* English at GCSE level or equivalent qualifications/demonstratable skills
* Experience working towards own and store KPI's - demonstratable by previous roles/education
* Able to attend mandatory training
* Examples of good time management
Desirable
* Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
* Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
* Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
* Previous Managerial experience
* Retail and Hospitality Management NVQ
