We are looking for an enthusiastic charity shop Deputy Manager with strong retail experience to support the ongoing running of our charity shop in Tewkesbury. Working closely with the retail manager, you will use your creativity, communication and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. It’s likely that you will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales. It also goes without saying that you will be confident in supporting the recruitment, training and management of a team of diverse volunteers. We can offer 30 hours per week over 4 days to include some weekend working. Ideally you will be flexible on which days you can work to be able to fully support the manager and the team staffing levels.
