Offer refreshments such as coffee, tea, or water to customers upon arrival. Answer phone calls, answer questions about products or services, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Ensure brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials are readily available for customers. Manage the receptionist area, including answering phones, directing emails, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records (as required)
