A Day in the Life of a Chef de Partie:
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring all food items are prepared, presented, and served to standard, receiving and checking goods, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will need a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a caring approach.
What We Need from You:
* Adherence to company policies on fire safety, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
* Ability to manage kitchen sections and ensure safety standards
* Flexibility and teamwork to support the Sous Chef and kitchen staff
* Passion for food and eagerness to learn
* Previous experience at Chef de Partie or commis level
* Understanding of quality control and kitchen standards
